Planting Seeds of Light: Intentions for the Coming Cycle

Hello Luminous Soul,

As October New Moon rises in quiet darkness, we are offered a sacred pause — a gentle moment to turn inward, to plant seeds of light for the coming cycles. In this soft space, we are invited to remember that every intention, every inspired thought and action, is our prayer in motion, every breath an opportunity to for inner alignment.

🌿 A New Moon Practice for Your Heart

1. Find Your Stillness: Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take three slow breaths, feeling the body soften and the mind quiet.

2. Visualize Your Seeds: Imagine a garden within your heart. What would you like to grow this cycle? Joy? Clarity? Courage? Compassion? See these intentions as seeds resting gently in the soil of your being.

3. Plant with Intention: Affirm with:

   “I plant this intention in love. I nurture it with presence, patience, and trust. I trust and receive it will grow in alignment."

4. Receive the Magdalene Rose Frequency of Light: Imagine golden-pink light pouring into your heart from above. Feel it warming the seeds of your intentions, infusing them with life force energy. Allow this light to flow through the soil of your body, mind and out into your surroundings. Stay here as long as you like.

5. Close in Gratitude: Place a hand over your heart and feel the quiet joy of new beginnings and say: “I am aligned. I am open. I am ready.”

• Light a candle while planting your seeds.

• Write your intentions in a journal or on small slips of paper and keep them in a sacred space where you see them regularly.

• Meditate with a rose, crystal, or a bowl of water to charge and amplify the energy.

• How can I nurture them each day in small, sacred ways?
